Cardano Expounds on Algebra

Algebra is developed by Muslims during the Middle Ages and reaches Europe during the Renaissance. Italians advance algebraic methods during the Renaissance, most famously with Jerome Cardano's Ars Magna, the first great Latin book entirely about algebra.
