Glorify yourself and your family: A Portrait of Yourself

Your Wife

Jester Portraiture became very popular during the Renaissance. Before then, only religious subjects (Jesus, Mary, saints, etc.) were thought worthy of glorification in art. But once people got the idea that they could immortalize themselves on canvas or in marble, it was just a short 400 year leap to home movies, cosmetic surgery, and tabloid magazines.

A portrait of yourself—of course, why did I even ask? Good thing you're living now and not 100 years ago—you had to be a saint to get a portrait of yourself back then, and I wouldn't hold my breath for that to happen.

So what materials shall be used to honor your handsome face?
